- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 300 ml milk
- 10 grams salt
- 30 grams yeast
- 1 egg
- 50 grams butter, melted
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
- Add the yeast mixture to the flour, followed by the egg and melted butter, and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- These buns are best served fresh out of the oven.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
