- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Boil the cabbage until leaves are tender, about 5 minutes, then remove and cool.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- In a baking dish, spread diced tomatoes on the bottom. Place the rolled cabbages seam-side down in the dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the tops are golden.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream for added flavor.
- This recipe can be made ahead and reheated.
