This Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is a delicious twist on traditional monkey bread, combining savory chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and toss with the chicken mixture.
  4. Layer half of the mixture into a greased bundt pan, followed by half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat with the remaining biscuit dough and cheeses.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and enjoy!
