A creamy, beefy, and cheesy dish that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and garlic.
  3. Once the beef is cooked through, stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and milk; stir until the cheese is melted and fully combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

  • This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
  • Add some chopped pickles for a tangy crunch.
