- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 500 g cream cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar with the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a baking dish, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer taste, add chocolate chips to the brownie layer.
- Let the cheesecake sit overnight in the fridge for the best texture.
