- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Fold in blackberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For a sweeter taste, you can add more sugar.
