  • 4 soft bread rolls
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

  1. Grill or cook bratwurst sausages until fully cooked and browned.
  2. Slice bread rolls open and warm them slightly.
  3. Place a bratwurst inside each roll.
  4. Top with sliced onions, mustard, and ketchup as desired.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding sauerkraut or pickles.
  • These can also be served with a side of potato salad.
