- 200 grams noodle (preferably bratenudeln)
- 100 grams cabbage, shredded
- 50 grams green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- Cook the bratnudeln according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, shredded cabbage, green onions, eggs, okonomiyaki sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the noodle mixture to the pan and flatten it into a pancake shape.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, drizzled with extra okonomiyaki sauce if desired.

- This dish is great for using up leftover vegetables.
