- 1 medium cauliflower, grated
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 grams bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chives, chopped
- 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese for topping
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a thin rectangle.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sour cream evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon, sliced onions, and chopped chives over the sour cream.
- Add an additional layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the topping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
