A delicious nut brittle that can be used as a topping or snack.

- 200 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 200 g hazelnuts, chopped
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over low heat until dissolved.
- Add the chopped hazelnuts and stir well.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- This can also be made with almonds or other nuts for a variation.
- Store in an airtight container to keep it crunchy.
