- 24 Biscoff cookies
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
- In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and Biscoff spread.
- Dip each Biscoff cookie into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, gently fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Layer half of the dipped cookies in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Add half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies and smooth it out.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies and mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, prepare the tiramisu the day before serving.
- You can use decaffeinated coffee if preferred.
