- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 250 ml milk
- 75 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g jam (for filling)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, then add eggs and butter.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into balls and let them rise again.
- Fry the dough balls in hot oil until golden brown.
- Fill with jam and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
