- 300 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 100 g fresh wild garlic (Bärlauch)
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
- Add water gradually and mix to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Chop the wild garlic and incorporate it into the dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a baking pan.
- Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
