Delicious dumplings with wild garlic served in a creamy paprika sauce.

- 500 g Bärlauch (wild garlic)
- 250 g Semmelbrösel (bread crumbs)
- 200 g Kartoffeln (potatoes)
- 3 Eier
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 500 ml Gemüsebrühe (vegetable broth)
- 2 Paprika, chopped
- 200 ml Sahne (cream)
- 2 EL Öl (oil)
- Salz to taste
- Pfeffer to taste
- Peel and cook the potatoes until soft, then mash them.
- Finely chop the Bärlauch and mix with the bread crumbs, mashed potatoes, eggs, and Parmesan.
- Form the mixture into dumplings.
- Bring the vegetable broth to a simmer and cook the dumplings for about 15 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the chopped paprika.
- Add the cream to the sautéed paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the dumplings topped with the paprika cream sauce.
Notes
- Ensure the Bärlauch is washed thoroughly before use.
- Adjust the thickness of the paprika sauce by adding more or less cream.
