Deliciously fresh Bärlauch Baguette made with wild garlic for a unique flavor.

- 500 g flour
- 300 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 5 g yeast
- 100 g fresh Bärlauch (wild garlic)
- Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water gradually and knead until smooth.
- Fold in chopped Bärlauch.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Shape into baguettes and place on a baking sheet.
- Let rest for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a crustier baguette, spray water in the oven while baking.
- Can substitute Bärlauch with chives if unavailable.
