Deliciously fresh Bärlauch Baguette made with wild garlic for a unique flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g flour
  • 300 ml water
  • 10 g salt
  • 5 g yeast
  • 100 g fresh Bärlauch (wild garlic)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually and knead until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped Bärlauch.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Shape into baguettes and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a crustier baguette, spray water in the oven while baking.
  • Can substitute Bärlauch with chives if unavailable.
