- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- 8 slices cake (pound or sponge)
- Slice the bananas and set aside.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Layer the cake slices in a rectangular dish.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the cake.
- Spread whipped cream over the bananas.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and nuts on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can add additional toppings like maraschino cherries or sprinkles as desired.
