- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the chocolate to settle.
