A deliciously gooey and decadent baked oats recipe that mimics the beloved lava cake, perfect for a cozy breakfast or dessert.

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
