8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Dip each cheese ball in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
Place the cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, use spicy jalapeños.
These cheese balls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
