- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the bread with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
