This delicious antipasti pizza combines various flavors and textures for a unique pizza experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni, olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and red onion on top.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes for added flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, you can omit the pepperoni.
  • Feel free to add other toppings based on your preference.
