- 1 head wirsing (savoy cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan for serving
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and chili flakes, and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the wirsing and cook until wilted.
- Add vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan.
