Delicious Easter bunnies made from pizza dough, filled with bacon and onions.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams pizza dough
  • 200 grams bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then add the onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into bunny shapes.
  4. Fill each bunny with the bacon and onion mixture.
  5. Brush the edges with egg to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
  • Feel free to add cheese or other fillings according to your taste.
