A delicious flatbread topped with cream, onions, cheese, and bacon, inspired by the flavors of the Alps.

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made pizza dough
  • 200g crème fraîche
  • 150g grated cheese
  • 100g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with grated cheese, diced bacon, and sliced onions.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
